1. How to Cancel:
   To cancel an order or service, please send a written notice by email to: dtlvcrawl@gmail.com.

2. Cancellation Timing:

   • If a cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund or credit.

   • If the cancellation is made less than the specified time in advance, a cancellation fee may apply (for example, a percentage of the total payment).

   • In the case of a “no show” or last-minute cancellation, a refund may not be possible or may be partial only.

3. Service Fees / Processing Charges:

   • Payment processing or bank transfer fees may apply when using third-party payment services.

   • Any additional costs will be clearly displayed at the time of booking (no hidden charges).

4. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)
