Tel Aviv's Nightlife

Updated: May 9, 2020

While Tel Aviv is an amazing city during the day, it is even better at night.

Tel Aviv City at night by gebhartyler

Colorful bars, bustling streets, vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, all manner of attractions and nonstop parties from 6 PM to 6 AM and even later.

No wonder that Tel Aviv is counted as one of the world's top nightlife destinations.

Specific areas in Tel Aviv are considered hotspots--with many bars packed into one small stretch. Each neighborhood has its own character.

Here is an introduction to the nightlife in Tel Aviv:

We will start with our favorite,

Rothschild Boulevard

The most happening place to be.

A multitude of notable bars and clubs in the area, both on the main street and the alleys around it. And what we like most is the diversity of venues: fancy, underground, resto bars, pick-up bars, late night clubs, chill, wild, and so on.

On our pub crawl you will be able to visit four of them in one night!

Highly recommended for a crazy night out.

D-TLV Pub Crawl

Dizengoff Street

A winding avenue starting from the heart of Tel Aviv, with many bars every few meters. Mostly classic cocktail bars and mainstream local pubs where groups can sit around communal tables, next to other people who later become friends.

Recommended for happy hours!

Cocktail

Sarona Complex

Beautiful place that used to be a German Templar Colony.

It's a nice area to have good dinner followed by a drink at one of the lovely bars there.

Recommended if you want to start & finish your night early.

Tel Aviv Port

Nightclub Tel Aviv Port

During the winter the open-air clubs in Namal Tel Aviv (Tel Aviv port) are hibernating, but the arrival of summer is marked with their opening. And this area becomes wildly popular with many out-of-towners enjoying the sea breeze.

Recommended if you're in the mood for DJ-driven parties pumping music that will keep you dancing until late at night.

Florentine Neighborhood

We would describe it as a hipster and unpretentious location, surrounded by graffiti art. You can come as you are and wouldn’t need to put an effort dressing up to hang out there.

Recommended for grabbing a cool beer with a friend.

Last but not least,

Jaffa Flea Market

Reveals its full magic once the evening begins and the bars and taverns pop up.

The old stone buildings provide a special touch to this bustling old town.

Recommended in order to experience a whole other side of the city.

Jaffa Flea Market

This was a summary to get you oriented, although it's not exhaustive and there are many other bars and neighborhoods to discover.

You can always book a private bar tour with us to make sure you don't miss a spot!
